Moved to the new domain

As planned by long time, we've starting the migration of jrawio to a new domain, package names and Maven repositories. The first step is the new domain, jrawio.rawdarkroom.org in place of the old jrawio.tidalwave.it - a redirect has been activated if you still navigate to the old domain. There has also been a minor change in the documents URL - the '+' character present in some of them has been replaced with '-', but also in this case an automatic redirect should work.

Starting from today's build, the new groupId for Maven artifacts is org.rawdarkroom in place of it.tidalwave.imageio.

The package and class names will be changed as defined by the specification document.
