Tests, more tests and even more tests

Another test set repository has been found (raw.fotosite.pl) and more images are being added to our test set. We would like to get as soon as possible a complete test coverage for DSLR cameras from Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Minolta, Sony and Pentax. The missing sample files, that we were unable to find in any public repository, are related to these camera models:

  • Canon EOS 1D and 1Ds (nor mark II neither III); EOS 500D; EOS 20Da (it's a specific model for astrophotographers);
  • Nikon D1H, D2H, D2Hs, D300s, D3000 (a new model that should be available soon), D5000;
  • Olympus E450, E520;
  • Pentax *ist DL, *ist DL2, *ist DS, *ist DS2, K10D Grand Prix, K110D, K-7, K-m / K2000;
  • Sony A230, A330, A380.

If you can, please provide us with test files for these cameras. A document about our testing policies has been published and it also describes how to send us test files. Remember that a specific page lists all the camera models supported by jrawio.
