Supported cameras

This document lists the camera models and formats currently supported by jrawio 1.6.1:

• “supported, tested” means that jrawio has got at least a sample file for that model in the testset and the related tests pass. This is not a guarantee that *every* file generated by this camera model will work, as there can be variants (e.g. in the compression schemata, etc...).
• “supported, untested” means that we *presume* that jrawio works with this camera model, as it is very similar to a model whose status is "supported, tested".
• “broken” means that we know there are problems with opening files of this model
• other specific statements say whether the model might have partial support (usually metadata and thumbnails work)
• if nothing is specified, this means that we don't know whether the model is supported. If it is very similar to a supported model, it might work.

Do you need jrawio to support a new camera model? Do you have problems with opening a file? Please follow these steps:

1. Open a Request for Enhancement in the issue tracker, describing the camera model you need. Before doing that, please verify that such an issue doesn't exist yet.
2. If possible, provide at least one sample file taken from your camera. Samples should be make available to the Imaging Test Set Repository and according to the conditions stated in that website.
